Policy
Cancellation summary
Cancellation 7+ days before departure is refundable at 100%; 3-7 days at 80%; within 3 days at 70%. Injury-related changes require qualified medical documentation. Force majeure cases are handled by rescheduling first, with unused refundable services handled according to policy.
Early-bird deposits are fixed at CNY 1,000 per booking to hold the price and campaign rights. Balance is paid after arrival or according to booking instructions.

Are all meals included?
For the 26/27 season, breakfast is included. Lunch and dinner are not included.
What should guests bring?
Bring your passport or ID, personal clothing, and a complete ski setup, including skis or snowboard, boots, helmet, protective gear, and ski outerwear.
Can we request foreign coaches?
Coaching is not included in this ski-stay package. Guests who need lessons can ask us to recommend a coaching product.
